Roadmap For Supporting All Students With PBIS in the Classroom

February 9 @ 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Join the Central Aroostook Council on Education and Brittany Morrison on February 9 in learning more about ways to implement PBIS in your classroom. We will discuss the basics of PBIS as well as how to create a positive classroom environment and supporting and responding to students SEB (Social, Emotional and Behavioral) needs. We will discuss OTRs (opportunities to respond), 5:1 ratio feedback, classroom management strategies, and correction based behavior.

This training will help enlighten and motivate teachers in their day to day classroom development and planning. It will help connect educators of all levels. There will also be a Q&A as well as planning time available.

Brittany Morrison is a PBIS and RTI Coach, as well as an experienced Special Education and Elementary Education Teacher and Developmental Therapist. She has trained teachers and schools across Aroostook County on supporting PBIS in our school administrative units.

We hope to see you all from 12:30-3:00 on February 9 at the University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Multipurpose room for a great afternoon!
