On Friday, March 24 CACE had the pleasure of hosting Brittany Morrison and Courtney Angelosante to the University of Maine at Presque Isle for a workshop on Positive Behavior Interventions and Support. Teams from school districts around Central Aroostook County took part in this important professional development.

Central Aroostook County Administrators participated in the second part of a 6-part seminar with Kim Marshall. This session focused on building trust and effective change through informal classroom observations and constructive feedback. Join us for session 3 on January 11, 2023!

CACE was a proud sponsor of the Future Aroostook County Educators Symposium, an event prepared by the Maine and Aroostook County Teacher of the Year Association and held at the beautiful Caribou Community School. Current and pre-service educators had the opportunity to listen to representatives from the Maine Department of Education, Educate Maine and Superintendent Benjamin Sirois on the topic of recruitment and retention of educators in Northern Maine. 

Central Aroostook County administrators began a 6-part virtual seminar geared toward’s regional needs of school administration. This month’s topics were geared toward school culture, staff moral and how to guide teacher’s out of the pandemic and back into a new normal.
