Starting, Building and Sustaining School-Wide PBIS

Central Aroostook Council on Education are pleased to present Aroostook County Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support Coaches Brittany Morrison and Iris Gagne in “Starting, Building, and Sustaining School-Wide PBIS (and How Maine PBIS Can Help)”.

Participants will be introduced to School Wide PBIS and take a deeper dive into the core components of PBIS that lead to success for all students. They will have time to engage in hands-on activities incorporating Tier 1 PBIS strategies into the classroom as well as time to work with their school teams on data-based decision making. There will be time for independent work, group discussions and break out sessions for participants to learn from the following content strands: Classroom Strategies, The Regulated Classroom, SW-PBIS and functions of behavior.
