SUMMARY:New Teacher Mentor Training
DESCRIPTION:Long-time and highly regarded Central Aroostook County educator\, Lois Brewer\, will lead this training for teachers who are currently mentors and need a refresher as well as newly assigned mentors who have not yet been formally trained. \nThe need for trained mentors is key to the well-being of our newly hired teachers. Maine Department of Education has provided us with updated research-based materials and information that will be used in this training. \nThis training will be held at the UMPI Campus Center\, St. John Room. Lunch will be provided through the cafeteria.
